Seabreeze Resort sits on the shore at the edge of Bunaken National Marine Park — a small, family-run collection of wooden bungalows and an on-site PADI dive centre, built for people who came for the wall, not the wifi.
The Resort
Built from the same island you're diving
Every bungalow at Seabreeze is raised timber-on-stilts, built by local builders from Sulawesi hardwood, set within fifty metres of the water's edge. There's no pool — the pool is offshore and has better visibility.
Everything you need, right on your doorstep — without the feel of a big resort. With just a small number of cosy bungalows, a private beach, an onsite restaurant and our own dive centre, you can enjoy a relaxed, intimate stay where everything is close by. Family-run by locals, we offer a genuinely personal experience, with the warmth and charm of the Bunaken island lifestyle.
Bunaken's wall is famous for a reason: it drops from the shallows to well past recreational limits, in a marine park that has protected it since 1991. We keep our groups small, our boats close to the house reef, and our dive guides local — most of them grew up diving this exact wall.
Getting here
We're on Pangalisang Beach, Bunaken — a 40-minute boat ride from Manado Harbour, which is itself about a half-hour drive from Manado (Sam Ratulangi) International Airport. Transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.

Every room is ensuite and fits at least two guests, with extra beds available on request. All rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and free tea, coffee, and mineral water around the clock.

Open-air restaurant, on-site wifi
Meals are cooked fresh and served in our open-air restaurant, catching the breeze off the water. We can easily cater to vegetarian, vegan, and halal diets — for any other dietary or allergy requirements, please contact us in advance to check. Wifi's on hand too, if you need to surface an email between dives.

Three boat dives by day and a night or Mandarin dive after dark, most sites just a ten to twenty minute boat ride away.

Where we dive
30+ sites, a short boat ride away
We run trips to more than thirty sites around Bunaken, Manado Tua, Siladen, and Manterawu — a mix of dramatic wall dives, gentler slopes, muck diving, and more. The guides pick the day's sites around conditions and your interests.
